$500 one time. Up to 10 active City of San Diego construction and demolition recycling deposits at one firm. 30 days from receipt of the agreed records.

ONGOING SERVICE AFTER THE PILOT
Choose $500 billed monthly or $5,400 paid upfront for 12 months ($450 per month equivalent). Annual billing saves $600, or 10%, compared with 12 monthly payments.

Ongoing work covers new and active deposit tracking, missing-evidence and deadline monitoring, preparation of available refund paperwork, and refund reconciliation. Case volume and included work are agreed after the pilot; additional cases are quoted before work begins. Both billing options cover the same agreed scope, not unlimited cases.

The $500 pilot fee is separate from the subscription. The pilot does not automatically convert to a subscription. You choose whether to continue after reviewing the pilot results and agreed ongoing scope.

BEFORE STARTING
Confirm the issuing jurisdiction, payer, applicant, intended refund recipient, authority to supply records, final inspection dates and current case eligibility. Cases outside the City of San Diego, forfeiture appeals and disputes are excluded from this initial pilot.

YOUR TEAM'S ROLE
Provide the agreed records, confirm the facts, review the prepared paperwork and submit the applications. Bank login credentials are not required.

WHAT TO GATHER
Deposit receipts, permits, final inspection records, Waste Management Forms, recycling/reuse/disposal receipts, and records of any prior refunds.

IMPORTANT SCOPE
The fee covers administrative work; it does not guarantee any refund. Actual compliance, supporting evidence, deadlines and city review determine eligibility. Government processing can extend beyond the 30-day pilot. Replevy does not receive or hold customer deposit refunds.
